Registration
You may NOT register yourself through PayPal, for 2007, that is.
If you prefer to register by mail, please print and fill out this registration form.
To register anyone other than yourself, you must mail in the registration form.
Send the form (along with your payment - make checks payable to FootFall ) to:

Please print all your information legibly.
Use a separate form for each attendee.
Confirmation will be sent by email, or include an SASE for written confirmation.
The attendance fee depends on the age of the attendee:
Age 14-18 is $125. Age 19-25 is $150. Age 26 or older is $175.
No attendees under 14, please. There is no daily or partial weekend fee.

Both shirts are extremely soft and comfortable. Cost is $18 at the camp.
Unisex sizes are: S/M/L/X/XX, and Women's sizes are: S/M/L/XL.
