FootFall Registration - 2011
FootFall 2011 is full! Registration is closed.
You may register yourself using PayPal. Kitchen or sweeper fellowships are $120, but those positions are all filled. Cancellation Policy - Refunds requested after August 19 will be provided only if we can fill your spot. If you notified the registrar on or before August 19, we will return your fee, less $20 handling. Camp facilities include a limited number of single cabins and private or semi-private rooms. If you have special housing needs (e.g. CPAP, allergies, etc.) or privacy concerns, please contact us by email or telephone as early as possible.
If you want to register by mail, please print and fill out this 2011 Late Registration Form.
To register anyone other than yourself, you must mail in the 2011 Late Registration Form.
Send the form (along with your payment - make checks payable to FootFall ) to:

Please print all your information legibly.
Use a separate form for each attendee.
Confirmation will be sent by email, or include a SASE for written confirmation.
The 2011 attendance fee depends on the age of the attendee:
Age 14-25 is $185. Age 26 or older is $240.
Late registration fee is now in effect: $25 has been added after August 19, 2011.
No attendees under 14, please. There is no daily or partial weekend fee.
